Founder
Ivory Carter, M.A.
Ivory Carter holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. His professional background includes behavioral health, psychological education, communication, crisis response, emotional regulation, leadership, and performance under pressure.
He served six years in the U.S. Army, including two deployments to Afghanistan. Military leadership and behavioral-health experience inform a calm, direct approach built around preparation, accountability, ethical judgment, and practical communication.

Ivory is the author of The Laws of Communication and The Laws of Elite Performance, two practical works that translate psychological principles for everyday application.
